Drop-head title. Watermark 'Coles / 1796' The extracts cover a series of letters dating between February 1781 and March 1792.. John Hudleston (1749--1835), was a Member of the Madras Council and later one of the Honourable Company's directors (1803--1826). He was Member of Parliament for Bridgwater (1804--1806).
