Concert programme. The 'Restoration' is that of George III on his recovery from his first fit of insanity in February 1789. The principal vocal performers are Signora Storace, Mr. Kelly and Mr. Sale; the leader of the band is Mr. Cramer. Soane had been a personal friend of Anna Selina [Nancy] Storace since his grand tour in Italy. The Reminiscences of the Irish tenor and composer Michael Kelly was published posthumously in 1826 (q.v.).

Binding Later C19th half calf, blind-tooled borders, brown morocco-grained binder's cloth boards, blind-ruled and gilt-dotted spine, black spine-label, gilt-lettered 'Plays & Poems / 1783--1819'. Numbered '81' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
