Drop-head title. Printed letter addressed to the magistracy referring to various matters of forthcoming business. The most substantial section concerns the distribution of a report presented at the last session by the Committee for Accounts and for General Purposes, on the subject of Selby's bill against the County for 'Services performed' from 27 March 1826 to 25 March 1827, a printed copy of which is enclosed (q.v.) in obedience to an order made by the court at the last session, concerning a dispute over remuneration attributed by Selby to the failure of his chief clerks to submit timely claims, in connection with which Selby announces that a 'Transcript of the Bill' containing his observations relative to the items not recommended for payment (q.v.) is in preparation.
