Folded half-sheet. Docket-title: 'Address Of The Artists' Fund. 1814.' Signed by 'James Hopwood, Sec.'. Describes the distinction between the 'Joint-Stock Fund' supported by the contributions of the members in proportion to their respective ages for relief in sickness and superannuation, with a lump sum payable to the family on death, and the 'Benevolent Fund' supported by voluntary donations to alleviate the widows and orphans of deceased members. Includes a table of annual payments by age. Soane was a member of the committee of guardians for 1814 (q.v.).
