Folded half-sheet, verso and conjugate leaf blank. Drop-head title. A printed letter signed in MS. 18 Jany 1803 Wm C Cuppage Sec:ry / to the Committee. Garnett had delivered courses of lectures on chemistry and on natural and experimental philosophy at the Royal Institution during 1801. His Popular lectures on zoonomia: or, The laws of animal life, in health and disease were duly published by the Royal Institution in 1804, with the names of over a thousand subscribers; Soane did not subscribe for a copy.
