Folded sheet, final verso blank. Drop-head title. Gives notice of a Quarterly General meeting of the Governors to be held on Monday January 12th, 1835, signed by 'Augustus U. Thiselton, Secretary' and dated 'December 1834'. Includes a list of thirteen candidates and a 'Balloting Paper for the Election of Ten Children ... on Monday the 12th of January, 1835'. Soane is listed as a Vice President and 'Grand Superintendant of Works'.

Copy Notes Previously folded as an envelope with address in ink Sir John Soane / Lincoln's Inn fields.
