Drop-head title from p. 299. At head of drop-head title: Anno octavo & nono. Gulielmi III. Regis. Imprint from general title-page, which reads: Anno regni Gulielmi III, Regis Angliæ, Scotiæ, Franciæ, & Hiberniæ, octavo & nono. At the Parliament begun at Westminster, the two and twentieth day of November, anno Dom. 1695. ... And from thence continued ... to the twentieth day of October, 1696. Signatures: 4F--5F2. Text in black letter. Apparently a reissue of the Act as published in 1697 (ESTC r222874). This issue not in ESTC.

Copy Notes Bound (3) in a collection of Acts and Schedules, 1694--1711, printed and in MSS., having a MS. title inscribed in ink on the front free-endpaper The Charter / and / Acts of Parliament / which Concern the / Constitution Powers / Priviledges and Restrictions / of the / Bank of England / and such / Exchequer-Bills / as they have Undertaken to / Circulate, / Together with their / By-Laws. And on the verso Mr. Britton / No. 10 Tavistock Place / Russell Square. Annotations in ink. Followed by a leaf of MS. notes titled Act for Continuing several Duties &c./ 6º Annæ with reference Page 349.

Binding C18th Cambridge-style panelled calf, gilt-tooled spine, red spine-label, gilt-lettered 'Bank / Of / England'.
