Drop-head title (p. 5). At head of drop-head title: 'Anno Vicesimo Sexto Georgiii III. Regis.' Includes also (pp. iii--v at end) 26 Geo.III c.95: 'An Act for enlarging the Times appointed for the First Meetings of Commissioners, and other Persons, for putting in Execution certain Acts of this Session of Parliament'. Each section is preceded by a general title-page reading: Anno Regni Georgii III. Regis Magnæ Britanniæ, Franciæ, & Hiberniæ, vicesimo sexto. At the Parliament begun and holden at Westminster, the eighteenth day of May, ... 1784 ... And from thence continued .. to the twenty-fourth day of January, 1786; being the third session of the sixteenth Parliament of Great Britain. The unpaginated section contains a general index to the first Act. The first leaf A1 (pp. [1--2]) and final leaf F4 are blank. The South London Roads Act was first passed in 1751. This edition not in ESTC.

Binding C18th quarter calf, marbled-paper boards, front cover with red morocco label lettered in gilt 'Surrey New Road Act 1786', gilt-ruled spine, fragmentary paper spine-label lettered in ink 'Surrey New Road Act ...'.
