Drop-head title. Printer's imprint from colophon. Text is dated December 5, 1825. The report proposes separate classes of four church and workhouse beadles and of ten district or street beadles. Soane was elected to the vestry of the parish of St Giles-in-the-Fields on 11 February 1802.

Copy Notes Wanting a title-page? Tightly cropped and folded at the fore-edge, and bound (13) in a collection of 14 pamphlets.
