The fourth annual report of the treasurer, Thomas Bryan, Esq. to the subscribers & benefactors, at their meeting, held on the 7th of March 1827, with rules and regulations; and a list of subscribers in support of the schools, with a statement of the receipts and expenditure: and also a list of the subscriptions and donations in aid of the new building, with an account of the receipts and expenditure.

At head of title: St. Luke, Chelsea, new parochial schools, in union with the National Society. The final leaf is blank. The frontispiece shows an elevation of the school designed by James Savage, architect of the new church of St Luke at Chelsea. The report announces the full payment of the builder's contract for erecting the new schools, and Thomas Bryan's resignation from the office of treasurer; the former announcement was premature, on the evidence of the report of the general meeting held on 17 March 1827 (q.v.). Includes a list of subscribers and donors arranged by street, including Soane under 'Chelsea College' for £1 1s. Soane was appointed Clerk of Works of Chelsea Hospital in May 1807.
